1,Shandong Taikoo successfully obtained the approval of China Shangfei Special Craft (HT)
Shandong Taikoo Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd. 2023-06-02
Recently, on the occasion of the first commercial flight of the C919 aircraft, China Shangfei Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Shangfei") officially issued a heat treatment process capability approval letter for Shandong Swire. The approved capacity covers five specifications - high temperature measurement (CPS8100) and steel heat treatment. - General Provisions (CPS5000), precipitation hardening stainless steel heat treatment (CPS5002), aluminum alloy heat treatment-General Provisions (CPS5100), deformed aluminum alloy heat treatment (CPS5101), marking that Shandong Taikoo has the heat of C919 and ARJ700 aircraft manufacturing parts. Processing capacity.
Based on NADCAP-HT process capabilities, Shandong Taikoo Parts Processing and Manufacturing Center has completed project evaluation, material procurement, equipment optimization, document preparation, personnel training, process operation, test film testing, internal audit and other work after two years of preparation. It invited Chinese merchants to fly to Shanghai from March 6 to 9. The process review team of Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. conducted a four-day process review. The review team conducted a comprehensive conformity inspection of the personnel, equipment, on-site guidance documents, environment, operation process and testing involved in the heat treatment process. The heat treatment test film was tested by a third-party laboratory in accordance with ASTM E8 and AS. The strict tensile, eutecticetic melting and intergranular corrosion tests of TM G110 and AMS2772 have passed 100% at one time, marking the successful completion of the process review with zero non-conformity.
The acquisition of China Shangfei special process qualification is a further reflection of the component processing and manufacturing center actively responding to the company's call, continuing to carry out C919 capacity building, and following up the in-depth development of domestic large aircraft. It is also another major achievement after Shandong Sugu's NADCAP qualification. Shandong Shiroth heat treatment capacity has achieved "double qualification", which can not only undertake the heat treatment and high temperature measurement related business of C919 and ARJ700, but also directly export heat treatment products within the approved range of China Shangfei, making new contributions to the vigorous development of domestic large aircraft manufacturing business.
2,China will usher in the first H225 helicopter simulator
Thales recently announced that it will relocate a D-class simulator of an H225 helicopter to China through the simulator operator Simaero, which is also the first time that the simulator has entered China.
This analog machine, called H225 Reality H, uses all-digital full-motion platform technology and has been put into service all over the world. In China, it has been selected for its efficient operation and high-quality task training capabilities.
The high-maginity full-motion flight simulator can display a wide field of view of 240°×80° and is equipped with an image generator developed by Thales, which can generate high-resolution images based on specific geographical locations.
Secondly, this simulator also adopts the latest all-electric motion system developed by Thales, which can provide the most realistic motion simulation, with less power consumption and lower maintenance requirements.
Finally, the aircraft also adopts an advanced flight dynamics model, which can simulate various complex weather conditions and flight scenarios, and provides pilots with practical simulation training in a variety of scenarios. In addition, the simulator is also equipped with an efficient and user-friendly coaching operating system (IOS).
In the future, the operator Simaero will relocate the simulator to the Huaxia Cloud Wing Training Center in Shanghai, which can provide high-level flight training services to H225 helicopter pilots, so as to speed up the training of pilots of this model and promote the development of the model in China and Asian markets. Exhibition.
Thales' Reality H series simulators have obtained D-level certification from civil aviation authorities in many countries and have been operating on five continents for more than seven years. The upcoming relocation will be the second Thales Reality H simulator operated in China, and the other is the EC135 helicopter D-class full-motion flight simulator delivered to Tianjin Haite Training Center in 2017.
Thales' latest simulators are entering China one after another, marking the steady development of China's general aviation market. At present, the number of H225 helicopters operated by enterprises and institutions such as the Maritime Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Communications of China, CITIC Haizhi, Hong Kong Flight Service Team, State Grid Navigation, etc. may have exceeded 30.
3,Nanshan Aluminum invests $6 billion in Indonesia to produce aviation aluminum
According to the Indonesian ANTARA news agency, citing the management of Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd., the company plans to expand its alumina plant in Indonesia into an aluminum facility worth $6 billion by 2028.
According to the agency, Shandong Nanshan Company opened an alumina factory in the Bintan Island Special Economic Zone in November 2022. The Chinese company's factory is currently operating at full capacity to process bauxite - aluminum ore mined in Kalimantan, Indonesia. These bauxite ores are then processed into alumina. Now it is exported to Malaysia and other neighboring countries, and local enterprises in the importing countries extract pure aluminum from alumina.
According to the agency, citing the leadership of Shandong Nanshan Company, "Shandong Nanshan plans to start the construction of a new aluminum plant with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons by the end of 2023. This is part of the plan to build an aluminum plant with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons by 2028. The factory will produce high-quality aluminum materials for the aviation and power transportation industries. The investment is estimated at $6 billion.
Nanshan Group, which belongs to Nanshan Company, said that Airbus, Boeing, Tesla and other companies are their aluminum customers.
4, Safran Group delivered the first batch of LEAP-1A propulsion systems assembled by its new Tianjin Integrated Center to Airbus.
Recently, Safran Short Cabin Company has delivered the first batch of LEAP-1A propulsion system (including engine and short cabin) for A320neo assembled by its new Tianjin Integrated Center to Airbus.
This is the fourth short-class integration center established by Safran Group after Toulouse, France, Hamburg, Germany and Mobile in the United States. The center is located in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, close to the Airbus A320neo final assembly line, reflecting the commitment of Safran Group to be as close to aircraft manufacturers and customers as possible to support the development of the Chinese market.
Tianjin Integrated Center covers an area of 5,000 square meters to integrate the CFM*LEAP-1A engine and short cabin of Airbus's A320neo aircraft in China, and is committed to centralizing all integrated operations in one place: engine equipment and short cabin components (air inlet, engine fairing, anti- Push device and tail nozzle) assembly, spraying, acceptance of Airbus and airlines, and delivery to Airbus general assembly line and wing integrated support, etc. The center will have 15-20 experienced employees and will deliver 90 propulsion systems every year from 2024.
Benefiting from the experience of Safran Short Cabin Company's integration center in other regions, the plant of Tianjin Integration Center is designed as a movable production line, which can be operated in a propulsion production line or fixed station according to the needs of Airbus. In this way, some engines can be guided to the secondary flow zone specially used to support the final assembly line operation without affecting the assembly of other propulsion systems.
Vincent Caro, CEO of Safran Short Cabin Company, said:
This new integration center is a display window for Safran Short Cabin Company's professional skills in the field of system integration. It benefits from the best practices and experience of all our short cabin integration centers in industrial organization and skills.
(*) CFM International is a 50/50 equity joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engine Company and General Electric Company.
